Formal, polite, and informative. I felt like we were having a very open and honest conversation and I wasn't necessarily in the hotseat. They were forthcoming with all of my questions and I did not feel as though any answer was evasive.

This interview process included 3 rounds of interviews with the CEO, manager and a teammate. While everyone I spoke to was very pleasant, this was a 3 month process and there was a horrible lack of communication. At the end I received a verbal offer and was told I'd receive the physical offer by the end of the week. At the end of that week I was told that they were still looking at other applicants [very confusing]. 2 weeks later I was asked for references who were never contacted and never heard from them again.
