Very bad. Directly called to let me know I have an interview. No discussion about my experience or the package or expectations. On the day of interview, I just waited and waited and nobody even cared to join the call. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

The interview process was straightforward and well organized. It started with a brief phone screening with HR to review my background and interest in the role. This was followed by one virtual interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed my experience, skills, and how I handle day-to-day responsibilities. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, organization, and problem-solving. The overall experience was smooth and not stressful.
