I was referred by my former colleague. Netsuite contacted me for a phone interview on March 28. By March 30, I was already given feedback and was scheduled for a panel interview the following day. During the panel interview, my expectation was set that they are interviewing early but the post will be opened by July, which I was agreeable to. Just a few hours after the panel interview on the 31st, I was already informed of the result (which was thankfully, favorable). I was also sent an email for character references. By the 20th of April, I already received the job offer. By May 6, I was sent the contract and by May 10, I was already given the schedule of the orientation.

It took us almost an hour to finish the panel interview which happened to be the final interview as well. It was nerve-wracking of course but the interview went smoothly. There were two managers in the room, a manager and director over the phone. All of them were very professional and I like how they ask questions. They also gave me a background of the business since I came from a different industry. Whenever I don't get the questions clearly, they paraphrase it for me.
