Easy. Can you read a script calmly and smoothe? Can you make the script sound natural vs sales? That's what it takes. Then you must memorize it in the first week. That means lots of home prep. Interview is easy for any educated person. The job is not for most. Ot takes discipline, great memory, and the ability to function in a HIGH PRESSURE situation. The pressure comes from the Boss and the job. Again, not for most. They fire 90%+ of the people they bring in within the first weeks of the job. So the supervisors are not friendly. They know you will likely be axed so they don't try to get friendly with you because of that.
