I was given a phone interview. After my interview, I was "promised" a second in person interview with a tour of the facility at the end. The interviewer unfortunately did not have the authority to promise this as they were only another chemist. After about two weeks of back and forth waiting for Mountville to set a date, I was informed that I would need to take a personality test. Less than a week later, I was informed I had been cut due to not meeting the results they wanted. I felt that was very unprofessional and misleading most especially after being told verbatim that "wow, your accomplishments speaks volumes for the kind of person you are, that is awesome." The leadership of the company should consider giving tasks to those whom of which are more equipped and prepared. I believe the culture of Mountville is not an ideal place of work if you believe in working for a company who holds honesty and ethics high.
