Online application, then three rounds of coding technical interviews with current engineers using leetcode, then meeting with manager, then they came back with the offer. The process was a bit slow, but I think that was mostly my hiring manager since the team seemed enthusiastic about setting up next interviews and continuing the process (but hiring manager vacation time fell during my interviews).
