It was a pretty simple two-step process. A phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview was with the program director and the in-person was with your potential manager. Depending on your interests and skills they might have interview with multiple people for the in-person step.

There were three steps to the interview: 1. Being contacted by a hiring manager via phone and the initial phone interview. 2. Being contacted by the market manager via phone for a second interview 3. Meeting a rep from the company in person for a one on one interview. The entire process took about a week.
