The interview process involves screen with their recruiter And hiring manager via phone. I was then invited for an in-person interview which lasted 3-4 hours meeting various people on the team. I interviewed with the CRO, VP of Marketing, and a few managers. After my interview they said they would follow up in a week and they did. However it was to tell me that the position was put on hold. My feeling is they were on the fence of the position being needed. While everyone was pleasant they should keep in mind the effort and time candidates have to go through only to be told everyone loved you but the position no longer exists”
