I applied for a position and was thrilled to make it to the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which led to an on-site interview that went exceptionally well. Following this, I received an offer and am currently in the process of deciding my next steps.

Entretien
If they are hiring you just call to arrange when to turn in an app. The office manager will then call you to schedule for an interview.
The interview isn't even an interview. The manager just talks about the company and that's pretty much it besides one or two questions.
