I applied online. After a MONTH, I was contacted for a phone screening. It went well, I was informed they had additional interviews to perform the next week. That is fine. I expected to hear, one way or another, within a week or week and a half of my screening. Nothing. I followed up after two weeks of waiting. Nothing. It is fine if they didn't pick me, but I just find it rude and inconsiderate that they cannot inform the people that didn't make it to the next round.
