I walked throughout the store with the store manager as he asked me questions. They were general questions about schedule and why you wanted to work there. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and then I filled out paperwork because I was hired.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
