The interview was difficult. The interviewer was very well trained and looking for a quality candidate. You could tell my the questions asked that they were not going to go easy. Getting the interview was difficult enough.

Recruiter screening, hiring manager call, 3 loop interviews and then decision. Took a few weeks and then they made me an offer. Clear process and they gave me guidance on what the focus area would be for each loop interview so I could prepare.

What are some of the key skills/experiences you feel makes you a good fit for this role
Process was normal, not too tough but was asked to do a presentation. However, didn't get the role in the end but overall the people I met were very friendly.
