A week after my application a recruiter called me for a phone interview then scheduled me for an in person interview. I met with the Director and Manager, it probably last about an hour. Toured me around the unit and explained the benefits of working with them. After the tour, I met up with 3 RNs then had my peer interview on that same day. The interview felt like a casual conversation. After a day, I got the job offer.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.
