I first applied through their website, but didn't receive a response, so I contacted an employee I met at a work fair at my university and he forwarded my resume to a team manager. It was a friendly interview, but unfortunately he thought I applied for a regular job, whereas I was only looking for a summer internship. Ended up getting an unpaid internship offer.
