I interviewed for this position 2 separate times. The interview process begins with a phone interview that takes about 20 minutes followed by a full day in person interview. The first time, I was asked to come for an in person interview. It went well but my graduation date was not set and didn't work out with their timeline. The second time I was asked for a phone interview. It lasted about 10 minutes. I was told there were 4 open positions and they would contact me in 2-3 weeks after they set up other interviewees for in person interviews. One business day later I received an email that said they filled the position with someone whose qualifications were closer to what they were looking for.
