Colloquio in 3 step, prima con HR, poi con supervisor e infine con senior manager. Alla fine di ogni step, dopo qualche giorno, veniva comunicato l'eventuale colloquio per lo step successivo.

Quali esperienze hai avuto nel settore? Quali in aziende strutturate?
Very efficient, met with 4 managers that included the district manager, and the hiring manager, and two hr professionals. The position is new to the company and was very vague on what the job would entail, other than additional responsibilities would be assigned by plant manager.
