You feel like family the moment you walk in. Very great atmosphere! You are asked around 7-8 questions and the conversation goes from there. You are given an explanation of how the company operates, and you are told the compensation and etc. Great interview process. The interview allows you to see if you actually want to do the job or not because it is not for everyone. If you have the drive, competitive spirit, good work ethics, and a great attitude, this job is for you. I just know that I am going to love this job!
