Entretien
The owner and spa GM interviewed me and another girl at the same time for the same position at the Streeterville location. It was kind of weird at first but it got better throughout the interview. Took about an hour. Both were pretty friendly. The girls at the front were also pretty nice. I had to turn down the job because of the pay scale. Its only $10 and hour plus commission on how many memberships you sell. The GM was actually pretty great and I would have like to work for her. She is the GM for most of the MEs inside the city of Chicago. We also toured the spa together.

Effective, Part where you do sales pitch, Good questions. Person conducting interview asked relevant questions from past experience. Had me conduct a sales pitch from the paper she gave and gave me time to study it and then come back in.

Really low stress. Asked about my availability. Just make sure you sound personable . I also made sure that I showcased my skillset. We talked about sales which was new to me. Make sure you are willing to learn and be trained

Entretien
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
