Macy's is very unorganized when it comes to their hiring process. Their management and especially HR dept seem at time clueless as to what the the word organization means. First interview is 1 on 1. First, HR who seem to care less whether you work there or not. They are very slow. You'll get there on time just to wait for them to get ready. Then you end up filling out an application and you're told to wait some more. Afterwards, you get interview by them and you're told to wait again for the dept manager. All in all, a simple interview took 2 hrs to complete with all the waiting. After the interview, you're told they'll let you know if they need you. You'll wait like two weeks before they'll call you to tell you got the job. A friend I went with didn't get the job I guess because she never got a call back at all....not very professional.

Received a call, general questions to confirm the information entered, experience and availability. The person was very nice. They asked if I had any questions and I replied with a no.
