I applied online for a seasonal position and received an email the next day. I was interviewed over the telephone by an HR rep of the company and at the end of the call they offered me the job and told me that I would be contacted by the store I applied at to schedule training hours. I went in for one training session, at the end of the day I met my manager, she walked me around the store told me my duties and basic need to know things. She even asked me if I was planning to stay after the holiday season and if I was able to work the next day.

The manager interviewing people was friendly. She would ask why you wanted to work there and what skills you had to contribute. Also she asks questions on customer service situations like how you would deal with an unhappy customer.
