I first had a 1 on 1 interview with one of the managers where we discussed at length what i did for work and what type of opportunity i was looking for. After that, i had 2 panel interviews with 2 people each time. One interview was more for culture to see i would fit in to the MX culture. The second panel was more of a skill based interview to see if i had enough experience and transferrable skill for the position I was interviewing for. I then met with an executive over HR and we had a similar discussion as with the first manager I interviewed with. Lastly I had an interview with the Executive that was over the area that I would be working with. We talked a lot about the nature of the business and the philosophy behind MX's approach and mission. Overall I really enjoyed the process because I learned enough throughout the process and had the ability to engage with multiple individuals throughout the organization from different departments and levels that I felt that I could make an informed decision on coming to work here.
