Entretien
Während des Vorstellungsgesprächs wurde besonders Wert darauf gelegt, meine bisherigen Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen zu evaluieren. Die Fragen konzentrierten sich auf:
Letzte Berufserfahrungen: Ich wurde gebeten, meine bisherigen Tätigkeiten und Projekte zu beschreiben, einschließlich der Herausforderungen, denen ich begegnet bin, und wie ich diese gemeistert habe.
Verwendung von Tools: Ich habe die Tools und Technologien, die ich in meinen vorherigen Rollen verwendet habe, vorgestellt. Dabei wurde auch nach der Tiefe meiner Kenntnisse sowie nach spezifischen Anwendungsbeispielen gefragt.
Umgang mit Tools: Es wurde nach meinem Ansatz gefragt, wie ich mit den genannten Tools arbeite, wie ich Probleme löse und wie ich mich mit neuen Technologien vertraut mache.
Darüber hinaus wurde ich gebeten, Situationen zu erläutern, in denen ich innovative Lösungen gefunden oder teamübergreifend zusammengearbeitet habe. Der Austausch verlief strukturiert und professionell, mit Raum für Rückfragen meinerseits.

his round focused on core concepts relevant to the role (Java, Selenium, SQL, etc.). It included real-world problem-solving and coding tasks. The questions were fair and mostly practical. I was given a small task to complete in a specific timeframe. It helped assess hands-on skills.
Non-Existent phone screen, followed by a technical interview with members of the QA team.
Recruiter did not do a phone screen and instead had me fill in an information sheet which clearly says "Should be filled out by the recruiter".
Interview questions consisted of on-the-spot automation coding, and terminology NOT USED in an actual work scenario. Everything was "by the book".

I have never experienced such an interview in my life. An HR representative contacted me on LinkedIn; she was very polite and professional, but I didn’t receive any information about the position.
Next, a technical interview was scheduled. The person who came to the interview was late, and it was clear that he was seeing my resume for the first time. He spent about 6 minutes silently reading it while I sat and waited in silence.
Finally, after reading the CV, the interviewer began asking questions and commenting on my answers in a disrespectful tone. When it was my turn to ask questions about the company and the position, he didn’t answer any of them and didn’t even know which project or position I was interviewing for.
This was a parody of an interview.
