Was contacted by the Customer Success Lead at Looka for an initial phone call to set up the first interview which was with herself and one of the existing CSM's. If you pass this stage you are then set up with an interview with the Founders of the company to see how you fit with the team! Overall a smooth flow with a very unintimidating atmosphere.
