A literal joke. Good if you need an immediate job I suppose. Asked me 3 questions that essentially boiled down to 'do you wanna work here? can you lift things? cool you start tomorrow. be here' (Note: if you look female they WILL grill you on if you 'really can' and 'are you sure you can' when you say you can lift heavy items. Very disgusting.) (ADDITIONAL NOTE: I chose 'days' where it asks how long this process took because there was no other option. It took roughly 5-6 minutes. Not days)
it was alright, most of it is online though. they did do more of a meet and greet than anything really. with covid its hard for them to do everything in office

The interview was over the phone it was just a couple of questions asking if i met the requirements listed in the job description and they ask about past job experience.

Asked basic interview questions about strengths and weaknesses. They looked through my resume for leadership experience as well. I was also asked about dealing with conflict and assessed on my soft skills
