Long process, not much clarity throughout and lots of waiting for next stage. Questions not too difficult and people generally friendly - very focused on the values of the company, and competency based.
Competency based interview. Some very left field questions that you wouldn’t come across in other businesses that do these types of interviews so couldn’t prepare answers for to be honest
