Very informal and really relaxed - I was allowed to go at my own pace and speak about what I can bring to the role as well as what will be required of me. Both interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease which is always good because you can then reflect on all the research you have done for the role and articulate exactly what you want to say without the added pressure.
