It was an Online Video interview. There were 9 questions,and I got 30 second to think about each one then 90 seconds to answer each. You can pause between every question. Try to look at the cemara instead of the screen.

Supportive and well structured and thoughtout the interviewee was patient and took time to listen to my responses. quick to receive the interview invite and it was arranged at a suitable time for all.
The first step of setting up a structured interview process is really understanding and defining the role. Going through this process helps ensure that recruiters and hiring managers are aligned, which reduces chances of confusion and miscommunication further on in the process.

I applied for the role over a month before I was called for an interview. The questions were competency based questions. Pretty standard questions. Nothing too difficult. The recruitment process is very long.
