The interview process was fairly straight forward and contacted me quickly. Asked a range of questions in regards to business systems and how these can be improved in regards to the future of banking.

On announcing my availability via social media on New Years Day 2020 I was contacted within hours by the hiring manager.
Effectively headhunted - there was no interview as such, just a long chat confirming my current status and relevant job history over the preceding 2 years since we'd last met.

Entretien
First you have to make an online application, then do the psychometric tests, after clearing the tests, you will have to do a video interview. I've provided the questions for video interview below. Then you go for assessment centre.

-What has influenced your decision to apply for your chosen programme and stream?
-Exceeding internal and external customer expectations is important. How would you ensure that you do this?
-Do you think your peers would say that you are good at explaining complex information or ideas in an easy-to-understand manner?
-Are you someone who always takes the initiative?
-Talk me through a recent example of an improvement you made, and the impact this had?
-Are you someone who naturally takes ownership of tasks or challenges?
-How would you ensure that you fit in well to a new team, and why do you think this is important?
-Do you respond well to difficult situations – for example, where you are still required to achieve a successful outcome, despite high levels of pressure?
-Based on your research into Lloyds Banking Group, explain what you have learnt and how you will apply this learning in your role?
