Had a phone interview. Didn't make it to the in person interview. They asked about what kind of styles of furniture that I like and a couple of other design related questions. They asked about last positions and how you handle difficult situations. They said that they phone interview a lot of people and if they are interested, they'll call you at the end of the week. I think that they're somewhat snobby for such a low paying position.
