Only had a phone interview at this point. She is very impressed with my previous experience and qualifications. I was let go from my previous employer due to COVID and them having to downsize. They let go a majority of their salespeople across the US. I have to gather a non compete from a former employer to move forward with the process, but if it proves to be null and void, I will be able to move forward with the hiring process.

The interview process was less than professional. It was obvious that the interviewer didn't want to be there. Ridiculous for any company. Initially a phone interview then moved to a zoom process.

Initial screening by HR with very basic questions, followed by Microsoft teams meeting with national sales manager and district sales manager . More in depth interview, but very conversational and friendly.

The interview process was a four step place process. 1- initial phone screening interview 2- HR video interview 3- in person interview with local direct management 4- final phone interview with upper management
