I was relocating, so the beginning of the process was strictly over the phone (2 times with a recruiter) and one skype interview. Then I came in for a morning interview when I was in town and met with the Marketing Director for an hour and the girl who's role I would be taking.
After my in-person interview, I was contacted by the manager to do a "task." I had to create a blog post (they gave me a topic) and send it in to them within 48 hours.
