J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez LTIMindtree (Bengaluru) en août 2025
Entretien
I recently attended an interview with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and overall, it was a good and structured experience.
The interview started with a self-introduction. The interviewer asked me to briefly explain my background, skills, and academic projects.
Technical Round
The technical round mainly focused on core programming and database fundamentals.
1. Programming & Logic:
I was asked to write a triangle pattern program.
They asked me to explain the logic and write the code.
The interviewer focused on clarity of logic and understanding of loops.
2. OOPs Concepts:
They asked basic and important OOPs questions such as:
What is OOP?
What are the four pillars of OOP?
Encapsulation
Abstraction
Inheritance
Polymorphism
I was asked to explain Encapsulation and Polymorphism with examples.
3. SQL Questions:
What is a View?
What is the LIKE operator?
Write a query using the LIKE operator.
Some basic SQL syntax-related questions.
The interviewer was mainly checking conceptual clarity rather than very advanced topics.
HR Round
In the HR round, they asked general questions like:
Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to join L&T?
Are you comfortable with relocation?
Questions about strengths and career goals.
Overall Experience
The interview was smooth and focused on fundamentals. If your basics in programming (especially patterns), OOP concepts, and SQL are clear, the interview will be manageable. They mainly test logical thinking and clarity of concepts.
Overall, it was a positive experience.

Entretien
I successfully cleared 2 technical interview rounds and was later informed that an HR discussion had been scheduled. However, after the HR round was planned, the interview process was unexpectedly canceled without any further technical concerns or feedback being shared with me.
For freshers it's easy. MCQ based tets, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. They ask easy questions. Basic coding, basic sql. Some HR questions that's it. They ask printing numbers, palindrome type of codes. Sql query having subquesties and joins. Then during the training the coding part will become more advanced.
