Applied as an employee referral on the KnowBe4 website. Uploaded a resume to the website. Contacted by a member of their HR team the next day where we reviewed my resume and spoke high level about the position and responsibilities. I was then invited to go on-site for a face-to-face interview with their HR Director and their Expansion Director. Interview went well, it was very conversational. Briefly met with the Chief Revenue Officer. All 3 individuals were fun to speak with and were upfront about expectations and responsibilities. After the interviews I was asked to take several tests, Aptitude, IQ and Personality test. These took approximately an hour to an hour and a half. While lengthy, this is a standard practice with top employers. After testing they took me around their office for a tour. The next day I received a call and an offer.

One phone interview and an additional interview over zoom. I was asked a few basic questions on the phone. The video interview involved some questions and a role play scenario that I'd been emailed prior so that I could prepare. After the role play they offered constructive feedback. The entire process took about a week and I got my offer within one day.
