The interview process consist of a phone screen and a onsite interview.
For the onsite interview, the interviews included one behavior and one coding. The behavior one was pretty normal although they sometimes didn't know how to clarify their own questions that made me believe all of comments on Glassdoor is ture. The coding one was ridiculous, they asked you some questions which was nothing related to the job and they were actually proud of the questions.
Overall It was a negative experience.

Entretien
Very lengthy process and the third one was technical interview. Two interviewers were there in the video call and one was interacting. First they asked me to travers them to a bug in there screen and think loudly.
Long process that was quite messy and lacking in communication. It took weeks between answers and it was not what I expected of this company. The people interviewing was very nice though.

First technical assessment, the logical assessment.
After that two steps involving practical cultural fit questions.
Final interview round trying to project a microservice API.
Everyone was pretty in hand and friendly, but company principles obsession mindset could make you feel little unconfortable.
