I applied via LinkedIn for the role and after a day, I got a message from a person in the team and asked me to explain in a few words about myself. Post that I was informed that I'll be getting a call from the hiring team and after a couple of days, the HR called me and we had a primary discussion about myself and my works . I had around 5 rounds which happened within 15 days. The process was so simple yet unique . The interview process went more like a casual one discussing about the role, likes and dislikes etc.., rather than just talking about the job. The last round was a Culture round which is very unique when it comes to kissflow. They try to understand about us so that it will be helpful for them to understand if we really fit for the company. Again that round went like a friendly one and felt very comfortable. The HR panel was so helpful right from the beginning to the end and still they're :) . The offer letter was sent after a day and I have now joined here. And I must say that I can call kissflow 'the best workplace' in all the terms and criteria . The people are so helpful and supportive.
