Recruitment is in Colorado, so you're blind going in for your interview unless you're already a Seattle local, which I was not. When I flew in for my interview, it took a while for management to get back to me via email, but once I found the hospital they were very friendly and I was basically hired before the interview started because of my resume. I was given a tour of the campus and an orientation date and then left.
