Four interviews total, three of them being case interviews and one was a behavioral interview. The case interviews weren't too difficult overall if you can problem-solve well. The behavioral interview was the same as a standard interview.
However, my main issue with KeyBank was that they do not communicate with you if you were ultimately rejected. Both my friend and I went through several rounds of interviews for the same program, and both of us were left wondering what happened when we stopped hearing from them. We found out we were not selected by going to our career portals and finding out that way. No email, no phone call, just a note on our application that we were not selected. After dedicating several hours of our time during the busiest recruiting season of our college career, we were left ghosted and with no responses to our emails.
With this being how we were treated during the interview process, I wish I didn't waste my time going through it. That time could have been better spent on other applications to companies who at least have the decency to communicate with their applicants when they've already filled their spots.
