It was very professional and I learned about the company from its CEO and also explained how I could contribute to the organization. Lane talked about his history with KW and how he became the team leader of that particular office . I was asked to give a small history of my skills and experience while also showing how those same skills could be of use to KW and the mission they supported. I was to understand the offer if one would be made and the salary. I also let lane know that I was happy to have the experience in learning about real estate and just being able to gain more clerical experience.

Thorough interview process. Took a test before being hired that was computer based. Interview went over contents of that test. Interview overall wasn’t too bad and people running the interview were professional and nice.
