I had two phone interview with HR followed by in person interview with two managers, one senior manager and a director. I was than called for a second round of interview with two other managers and a Partner. Overall the interview process with HR was fine, but scheduling was not properly managed. When I went for in person interview, I was told that one of the interviewer was not available as he decided to work from home today. I had 30 minute slots for 1:1 interview, and I had to wait for the transition where nobody will show up for 10 mins and the excuse was they were on a call. After the 1:1 interview, they call me again for another round for 1:1 interview, where I met two managers and a Partner. They offered me a different position and I declined. Overall the process was not well organized.
