Actually there is no such thing call a complete process in hiring for intern. Recruit on intern mostly done is school tour, where applicant instantly notified whether they success or not. However, to be qualify to work after being hired, applicant to need to do a few e-test to ensure their competency in certain issue such as independence issue, risk management, anti-money laundering act, financial reporting standard(not for intern).

Take note that you might possible to ask a variety of question in accounting related matter such as tax act, FRS, company act and so on. What is the difference between operating lease and finance lease?
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
