On the day of my scheduled interview, the HR Department had given me sets of written exams first before the recruiter interviewed me. It's the type of test that they check every set and once you passed the previous set, you will move on to the next. Else, you will no longer continue the process. I attended three interviews for the position. First was with the HR Recruiter. Second was with the managers. For the last one, it was with the Division Head.
