I was contacted on LinkedIn by one of their accountant. Had a phone interview and then was told to come into the office. I went in, and the first person that interviewed me, exhausted me with so many technical questions as if I was applying for a senior position. That guy wanted me to explain to the dot how I did a project. I gave him an overlook, and he kept asking more and more questions. FYI, if a project is big with huge amount of data to manipulate, how can one person remember step by step to the dot on how it was done?? The rest of the team was fairly nice. The director seems like was trying to just see how other companies run their business rather than interviewing me. I was asked so man questions about how my current bosses run the company. I was told I was going to hear back from them in about 2 weeks and then they vanished! Never got an email saying anything about not being considered or anything. I think they said I was supposed to meet 4 people on that interview, but someone was on vacation. Really? for a staff accounting position? 4 people? and then I was supposed to meet the VP and like 3 other people if I made it to the second round. Just ridiculous.
