I applied online for this position and the hiring manager reached out within a few days to set up a phone interview. The conversation went great and shortly after the phone interview they sent a short writing assessment with basic customer service questions and situations that had to be submitted within 24 hours. Received an invite a couple days later for an on-site interview where I met with 5 different people about 30 minutes each who asked various questions about my background and why I wanted to work for Justworks. Every person I interviewed with was extremely friendly and passionate about working there which was a huge plus for me. Received an offer less than a week later which I happily accepted. By far the most pleasant and efficient interview process I’ve ever been through with a company, they really value their candidates’ time. Can’t wait to start!
