The hiring process was fairly straight-forward. I first met with the vp of the company and spoke to him about my experiences at school and at my previous employer. After our meeting i met with the lab manager and she showed me around a little and asked if i felt comfortable in the environment. The entire process was excellent and everyone at the company is very nice.
