HR contacted me for the walk-in interview for 2-10 years experience in Java technology. There were many people for the interview. I was lucky to being called first (as I came early for the interview). There were three rounds- Technical (All about basic Java, Sql, Complexity of algorithms, Spring, Hibernate questions - about 40 mins) , Techno-Managerial (Taken by Project manager, he asked about past experience, given some code to write, asked about deployment (Git and Jenkins) related questions, project understanding) , HR round ( cultural and behavioural questions, salary negotiation). They said me that there is one more telephonic managerial interview that will be arranged afterwards, but I never received that call. I contacted myself after a week of interview asking the status, they said we can't give that you want. I negotiated and decreased my expectation at the lowest so that I can join a good project, they told me to wait. There was no reply after this so-long wait, therefore never received letter instead clearing all rounds.
