Got a call from HR for interview on the next day. Travelled to the destination city and then HR calls in morning that interviewer is on Leave. Next day Interview happened, it was good and interactive. They told me HR will get back. Called HR to hear that interview result is positive and they will schedule the Manager round in 2-3 days. Waited for 3 days but no response , then I called HR . The reply was that they considering someone with lesser experience for the position. If this was the case , why did thet waste my time. Pathetic HR process.
