Just another company that doesn’t respect candidates or their time. I had a really great screener call with the recruiter. Left the call with her saying she would put me through to the next round and gave my avails for the hiring manager. Then she completely ghosted. Ignored 2 additional follow up emails and then got an auto reject weeks later. Left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth, particularly given the positive feedback on the call and the alignment of my experience with the role.
