Three/four step process: Phone Screening Interview , Hiring Manager Interview, Case Analysis, Case Presentation. Finding and being able to speak with the recruiter was difficult and took multiple attempts and follow-ups.

Entretien
It began with and AI generated prompt to review my resume, Next I have a phone interview which is given by a recruiter. Next steps will be a scheduled interview with a hiring Manager.
The process was 3 interviews. Initial interview was with a recruiter over the phone, second with the hiring manager via zoom, third was a panel interview with hiring manager and 3 others via zoom.

The interviewing process was fine. I thought the job description did not match the interview's questions. I also thought that the questions in the interview were all scenario-based. In addition, some skills they were looking for were not listed on the job description. I could tell that I was not the ideal candidate by the end of the interview.
