J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Infoblox (San Jose, CA) en févr. 2019

      Entretien

Received an email from internal recruiter inviting me to accept a preliminary phone interview with her, offering suggested dates and times -- fairly standard practice. First sign of trouble arose when I received no response to three attempts to agree to to one of her suggestions. She only responded after I messaged her on LI. Preliminary phone conversation went well, however. Ended with internal recruiter indicating I was an exceptionally strong candidate, and that the CTO would want to talk to me. That was the second sign of trouble, though, as it was clear the CTO was not the hiring manager for the role. Nonetheless, she indicated she would telephone or email me again by noon, Monday the following week with further interview schedules. Third sign of trouble was that she oddly asked me to contact her if, "I didn't hear from her by then for some reason". Sure enough, I never heard back from her or anyone else. I made the appropriate number of attempts to reach out to her or the [actual] hiring manager, to no avail. I took the time to leave this detailed review primarily because, whilst researching the firm, I learned about their corporate culture shift initiative, ironically referred to as, "No Jerks". Perhaps I live in a bygone era, but by my standards, stringing along senior level candidates in such a reckless manner would qualify as, well, being a jerk.
