Was interviewed by Robyn Herring for the first interview and everything seemed great, very nice she was alittle lost but overall the interview went well. I was told she would email me in a week with next steps. Of course like everyone else I was ghosted which makes no sense because I still see Influential trying to hire for the SAME ROLE. Overall a company who doesnt know how to do a proper hiring process so I dodged a bullet on that one.

Interview Process was a bit u organized. I had 2 interviews. The first was a phone screening. The second was an interview on Zoom. After the second interview I was ghosted.
